Kurt Koptish serves as the Chief Executive Officer of MIND 24-7, bringing extensive experience in healthcare operations, growth, and strategy. With a career focused on driving success in healthcare provider organizations, he has a proven track record of optimizing operations and scaling businesses to provide patients with a differentiated experience that surpasses their expectations. At MIND 24-7, Kurt’s goal is to provide innovative, accessible mental health services to those who need them most.
Prior to joining MIND 24-7, Kurt was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer at Eating Recovery Center, a national behavioral healthcare provider specializing in eating and mood disorders. In these roles, he oversaw the expansion of services and spearheaded initiatives that improved patient outcomes, positioning the organization as a leader in quality and accessible care. Additionally, Kurt served as an operational leader at DaVita and in the Unites States Army.
Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Indiana University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
